QUESTIONS BEFORE WORK
Clear scope. Clear evidence limits. Clear ownership.
The first engagement is deliberately narrow: one product, one buyer group, one purchase path, and one channel.
Who is this for?
Established premium physical-product companies with real customers, one measurable direct or assisted buying path, and a commercial decision that six agreed interviews can inform. The participant mix may include suitable recent buyers, qualified non-buyers or cart abandoners, and channel partners.
What do we receive for US$6,500?
Six agreed buyer-decision interviews, a source-preserved research archive, one buyer-decision map, three evidence-bounded buying-reason hypotheses, twelve review-ready content units, a tracking and event map, a 30-day measurement plan, and a Sprint decision brief.
What happens in the 15-minute fit call?
Bring one public product page. We lock one product, one buyer group, and one purchase path; name the commercially important buyer decision the work should explain; confirm whether six suitable participants and an internal reviewer are available; and leave with a Fit / No fit decision and the next step.
What do we need to provide?
One live product, the current price and path, six suitable participant introductions or an approved recruiting budget, one commercial owner, an appropriate product or safety reviewer, and agreed aggregate funnel events. Timely review is required to preserve the three-week schedule.
Do you need our passwords or account login?
No. Do not send passwords. We use client-provided exports, screenshots, approved tracking parameters, or read-only access arranged through a separately reviewed process.
Can our team do this with artificial intelligence?
Artificial intelligence can summarize reviews and draft messages. The engagement covers participant selection, live interviews and probing, consent, source preservation, evidence boundaries, product review, and the commercial decision record. Those responsibilities remain human-owned.
Why interview six people?
Six interviews can expose repeated language, decision steps, objections, and meaningful differences worth testing. They do not prove the size or beliefs of an entire market. Findings are presented as bounded hypotheses.
Do you guarantee reach, conversion lift, orders, or revenue?
No. The engagement guarantees the defined research and decision deliverables. Product, price, inventory, distribution, advertising, sales follow-up, seasonality, and market conditions also influence results.
Who approves and publishes the content?
Your company. ConsoliData prepares review-ready material. Your commercial, product, engineering, safety, legal, or brand owners approve the statements and publish through company-controlled channels.
What is outside the fixed fee?
Interview incentives, paid recruiting, advertising, creator fees, professional filming, travel, website rebuilds, e-commerce migrations, software integrations, automated publishing, and additional research are separately scoped.
How do you handle safety or product complaints raised in an interview?
We mark the issue for the client's responsible owner and keep it out of promotional content. The company remains responsible for its quality, safety, warranty, complaint, legal, and regulatory processes.
What is the payment and refund boundary?
The 15-minute fit call is free. If both parties decide to proceed, the planned structure is 50% after the Sprint proposal is signed and 50% before the week-three handoff. The signed proposal states the legal provider, milestones, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms before any payment is requested. This website has no checkout.
What happens after the Sprint?
Your team can run the 30-day measurement plan through its existing channel and use the Sprint decision brief to guide the first cycle. Any follow-up analysis or recurring work is a separate decision based on observed evidence, delivery economics, and priorities.
