Website and service terms

These terms describe this public website and the proposed Buyer Evidence & Revenue Message Sprint. Paid work begins only after both parties sign a proposal that identifies the legal contracting parties and final commercial terms.

1. Service scope

The Buyer Evidence & Revenue Message Sprint is a fixed-scope research, synthesis, content-preparation, and measurement-planning service. The signed proposal controls the selected product, buyer group, participants, channel, deliverables, timing, and price.

2. Customer responsibilities

The customer supplies accurate product information, lawful participant introductions, required permissions, qualified reviewers, timely feedback, and agreed aggregate commercial events. The customer is responsible for product claims, approvals, publication, sales, fulfillment, customer service, safety, quality, legal compliance, and business decisions.

3. Interviews and consent

Interviews are recorded only after appropriate consent. The customer must have the right to introduce participants and disclose any required relationship or incentive. Interview statements are evidence from the participant's context; they are not universal market facts.

4. Account-access boundary

Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Account access, integrations, or confidential data transfers require a separate written scope and reviewed security method.

5. No professional advice or guarantee

The service does not provide engineering, safety, legal, medical, regulatory, tax, or financial advice. ConsoliData does not guarantee reach, conversion lift, sales, revenue, ranking, acceptance, compliance, or any third-party outcome.

6. Review and publication

All content is prepared for customer review. The customer approves every product, performance, safety, legal, and brand statement and controls final publication. Draft content must not be treated as approved public material.

7. Timing

The planned three-week schedule begins after the initial payment, kickoff, scope lock, required product information, and participant introductions are complete. Customer delays may move the delivery date.

8. Fees, cancellation, and refunds

The 15-minute fit call is free. The public Sprint fee is US$6,500, with a planned structure of 50% after the Sprint proposal is signed and 50% before the week-three handoff. Third-party costs require prior approval and are paid separately. The signed proposal states cancellation, rescheduling, refund, tax, and payment terms before payment is requested. This website has no checkout.

9. Intellectual property

The signed proposal will identify customer materials, ConsoliData methods and templates, interview evidence, working files, and final deliverables. Public use of participant words, names, images, or recordings requires documented permission.

10. Confidentiality and retention

Confidentiality, access, storage location, retention period, deletion, and permitted model or tool use must be agreed before interviews begin. Sensitive data is excluded unless explicitly required and protected by an approved process.

11. Third-party services

Analytics, advertising, e-commerce, interview, transcription, storage, and communication services are operated by third parties under their own terms. The signed scope will identify the services used for a customer engagement.

12. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to alvinj@cdatats.com. ConsoliData is the public service brand. The signed proposal identifies the legal contracting party, business address, governing law, and any additional notices before payment. Material website-term changes will be dated on this page.
